This Ironman appears to have a sizing issue at the 2 sides of the base of the head. They are longer than the Rear head flap and cause some alignment issues unless you curve them to the shape of the Front head piece and then it leaves gaps at the back due to the curve as opposed to the straightline angles. (I did overlay some of the later Ironmen you created to see if this was so and each side is slightly longer at either side).
